Hey loves today I am going to feature my must have keto supplements. Especially if you are a beginner and starting a keto diet. I strongly recommend using MCT oil. I have a hard time adding in my daily fats for the day and MCT oil helps me do so in a healthier way. I love adding mct oil in my bulletproof coffee while I am intermitted fasting in the morning. it doesn’t break my fast and keeps my body in a ketogenic state.

My second favorite is protein. I love having protein shakes for dinner or lunch. Protein is a must have if your working out to restore your muscles. Perfect keto protein is low in carbs and is keto friendly.

I also add Ghee to my bulletproof coffee not only does it have the fatty acids your body needs but it also has CLA and vitamins. CLA has amazing benefits for skin health and weight loss.

A single serving of ghee contains more vitamins like A, D, E, and K than a similarly sized serving of butter. I love ghee and use it everyday.
