I am finally writing day 3 and 4 today. A lot has happened these last 2 days .
I’m not letting the bad moments change my determination. I am working around whatever life throws at me.
Super sore and stiff today. Full body is very sore. Which is great that means progress.

Morning walk/ jogg
Stretched when I got home
Chest press with 5 pound weight 4 sets of 15
Butterfly laying down with 5 pound weight 4 sets of 15
Push ups 4 sets of 10
Standing here butterflies with 5 pound weights 4 sets of 10
9am BREAKFAST- 18oz water , protien shake with table spoon peanut butter , chocolate protein powder, almond milk unsweetened, teaspoon of instant coffee and , ice
11pm SNACK: 18oz water banana
1pm LUNCH: taco bowl
3pm DINNER: my daughter started feeling sick. She was screaming down the place. We decided to rush her to a emergency dr appointment and I’m glad we did. I will tell you why on day 4 . I didn’t get to eat for the rest of the day.
