Push yourself even when you don’t feel like it! Monday Motivation

I woke up this morning to a gloomy rainy day, i wasn’t feeling like myself. I told myself I was going to relax and do nothing. A couple hours later just sitting there doing nothing I thought to myself “what is being lazy going to accomplish”? It was making me feel worse. 

I reminded myself of my goals and pushed myself to get up and change my attitude. It’s normal to have bad days and it is normal to feel depressed but it’s what you do to change the your attitude and the way you think that matters. If I continued to sit there for the day by the end of the day I would have been completely depressed and unmotivated for the next day. I needed to push myself out of this funk.

I wrote this blog today to give you some inspiration and motivation. There will be days that don’t go perfect and there will be mornings you wake up unmotivated, depressed, or stressed. Push yourself even when you don’t feel like it!
